Our Services

At In Flow Counselling, I offer virtual counselling sessions designed to meet you wherever you are — literally and emotionally. Whether you’re at home, in a private space at work, or anywhere you feel comfortable, online therapy makes it easier to access the support you deserve.

My approach is collaborative and client-led. Together, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and strengths at a pace that feels right for you. Virtual sessions are not just convenient — they can be just as effective as in-person therapy, while offering the comfort and safety of your own environment.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating:
  • Eating disorders & disordered eating

  • Compulsive exercise & body image concerns

  • Anxiety & stress

  • Queer & LGBTQIA+ experiences

No two journeys look the same. My role is to provide a compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to discover your own path toward healing.

Free 15 Min. Consultation

Start with a complimentary 15 minute phone or virtual consultation. This is a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if counselling feels like the right fit for you.

50 Min. Counselling Session

Each 50-minute session may look different from person to person and day to day. One thing that remains the same is that you will only be asked to show up exactly as you are. These 50 minutes are a dedicated time for you to explore your internal system in a safe, supported, and collaborative space.
